Design
- Upon subscribing a dedicated designer is assigned to your account. By default, the regular turnaround output for each design is 2-3 business days.
- Your designer will notify you if he requires more time to complete your designs.
- Designs submitted during the weekend will start working on the following business day.
Video
- For video creation, once the customer submits the information, I can take up to 7 days to edit and complete the video creation.
Website
- For website modification, please allow 3-5 business days to complete the changes. Website designs require more time to adapt the social media designs to the coding of the website. Depending on the changes, website modification can take more time. Your representative will let you know if he requires more time to complete the changes.
- Changes submitted during the weekend will start working on the following business day.
