How do I request a website change
All changes to your website must be made using our ticket system or by Whatsapp Message.
- Please log to your account here: Client Area or send us a WhatsApp message
- If you don't remember your account password, use this link and the system will send you a new password: Password Reset Page
- On the top menu, go to OPEN TICKET
- Select Design Department
Please make sure:
- All text has to be in a Word document format
- If you are submitting pictures for your website, all pictures have to be attached independently
- Please do not include pictures inside Word documents
- If you are requesting picture changes, please be as specific as you can, ie: on the page "services" remove 2nd picture on the right and replace it with the attached picture named "service1.jpg"
- If you are requesting text change, please be as specific as you can, ie: on the page "about us" remove the text " we are commitment to providing" and replace it with "Serving our community"
Depending on the size of the changes or workload, website changes can take from 3-4 business days. Once changes are completed you will be notified by our staff.
Changes will be charged based on your contract.
