How do I request a website change

All changes to your website must be made using our ticket system or by Whatsapp Message.

  • Please log to your  account here: Client Area or send us a WhatsApp message
  • If you don't remember your account password, use this link and the system will send you a new password: Password Reset Page
  • On the top menu, go to OPEN TICKET
  • Select Design Department


Please make sure:

  1. All text has to be in a Word document format
  2. If you are submitting pictures for your website, all pictures have to be attached independently
  3. Please do not include pictures inside Word documents
  4. If you are requesting picture changes, please be as specific as you can, ie: on the page "services" remove 2nd picture on the right and replace it with the attached picture named "service1.jpg"
  5. If you are requesting text change, please be as specific as you can, ie: on the page "about us" remove the text " we are commitment to providing" and replace it with "Serving our community"

Depending on the size of the changes or workload, website changes can take from 72 business hours and up. Once changes are completed you will be notified by our staff.
Changes will be charged based on your contract.
