Image Requirements
Logo image requirements
- PNG files with NO BACKGROUND
- EPS Files , text must be converted to vector
- AI (Adobe Illustrator) Files , text must be converted to vector
- Image file must be at least 600 pixels
- 300 dpi is required
Picture requirements
- Jpg, png, tiff files are accepted
- Image file must be at least 1300 pixels
- Image file must have at least 150 dpi resolution
These are the minimum requirements to work on any design. Below these standards , images on your designs will turn pixelated and not suitable for print, decreasing the quality of your job and image for your company.
GraphicOX reserves the right to reject any design if the customer does not meet the minimum images requirements.

- Files inside a Word Document
- Files on a PDF file
- Logo image contaning background
- Logo image on a jpg file format
- Images below the requested quality
You can always send us your file and we'll review it and let you know if it can be used on a design.
